It is rare in today’s glut of service providers who all seem to advertise they will be a partner in your business. Take all your needs seriously by supplying a prompt, conclusive and affordable service to in fact even get close to such statements let alone fully live up to them.

Degree Refrigeration & Air Conditioning has almost without exception supplied all of this to me and my Subway stores for over 3 years. It is one of the very few companies that I have total faith in when I sign a preventive maintenance contract as I have seen the value and savings it has given my budget and account over the years. The very reason why they have become my businesses only surviving preventative maintenance contract provider.

I have made calls from 7am to Midnight and without fail if phone not directly answered then within 15 minutes I have had a call from a company representative who doesn’t give me any impression of it being a bad time to have called or that they are up to their eyes and only if my problem could have come in at any other time.

Kiwi Hospitality Irelands multi-site partnership with Degree Refrigeration & Air Conditioning has, is and I’m sure will continue to be a very beneficial affair.

It simply ticks all the boxes in terms of our needs and I wish many more suppliers could be like it.

“Having recently been involved in the Design and Build of Torgrange Filling Station and Retail development we were recommended to use Degree Refrigeration by SUBWAY Ireland as one of their preferred suppliers for the SUBWAY Franchise within the store. Allen provided an accurate quotation and specification and completed all works ahead of schedule and within budget, with no extras.

Since then we have transferred the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Purchasing and Service requirements for all our retail businesses to Allen and his team, I only regret not having met the Team at Degree sooner, I could have saved our companies a lot of money.

I find Degree to be honest, efficient, reliable and cost effective. Allen will not charge us for something we don’t need and in fact only recently he advised us on better practices in order to save on our Electricity Costs and Extend Equipment Life.
